I am a licensed Professional Counselor and certified School Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I live in a small town near the coast with my husband, and our dog Luna. For years, I worked as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor/Therapist at The Resilience Therapy Group by Robin Pepe in Doylestown, PA. While there, I helped many of my clients find success in different areas of their lives. Before working in the private practice setting, I was a middle and high school counselor in West Chester, PA at a performing arts school. I enjoyed helping my clients navigate the college planning process through course scheduling, career counseling discussions, and career assessments. I have worked in a variety of professional positions to better prepare myself to become a counselor. These positions include therapeutic support staff, behavioral support staff, music therapist assistant with the veterans, ability specialist at the YMCA, and as a learning support, and emotional support education assistant in Central Bucks School District.

I have over 9 years of work in the field, during that time I have helped many clients be successful while implementing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral interventions for their clinical mental health treatment plans. I think outside the box when it comes to working with my clients. Using different perspectives, I put myself in my clients’ shoes to better understand them, to see things from their eyes, and to figure out what they need from our therapy sessions. I encourage all my clients to dive deeper into their thoughts, emotions, and feelings through creativity, and various therapeutic techniques. I am passionate about helping others who struggle, because of my own life experiences I had to overcome. Those experiences made me passionate to help others work through their own obstacles in life to find success and to overcome.
